The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Union have set up the initiative “CompanyValue: Personal”, which aims to support businesses in developing a co-working oriented company culture. This funds a motivation, health, and innovation friendly design of the working environment.

In cooperation with the whole team of Cintinus, the two-years consulting process was finalized successfully on 26 September 2017, so that all colleagues at Cintinus can look back and look forward on a jointly created transparent HR development, where the personality of each colleague is considered.
