We are convinced that work and family are not contradictions. All of our founders and employees have families and children themselves. This issue is very important to us as a result. We are flexible and understanding, not just as regards (fully) flexible working hours.
We have had positive experience with children being brought to the office in cases where no other child-care option was available in specific instances. For example, we are planning to create a parent/child room.
We look experience gathered in the context of the “berufundfamilie gGmbH”, under the patronage of the Federal Minister of Family Affairs and the Federal Minister of Economics, on balancing work and family. Our goal is to pass the “berufundfamilie” audit.
