On 13 April 2022, our digitalisation team invited all employees to a workshop. In a cosy atmosphere, we went on a voyage of discovery, just like Columbus once did, and exchanged our thoughts about the future around the fire.
Where is the development going? What are the needs of the client and the employee of the future? What influences need to be taken into account?
Building on this intensive, productive exchange, we can now draw up our digital strategy and set concrete goals so that we can keep pace with developments and implement further digitisation projects in the interests of our clients and employees.
