On 05.11.2021, we organised a workshop together with DTJV e.V. and the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Dresden on the topic of “Current Topics in German-Czech Dialogue”.

The programme included the following contributions:

– Dr. jur. Joachim Püls, topic: “Online notary appointment digital GmbH formation”.
– JUDr. Nataša Kovář Chmelíčková, Head of Unit for Asylum Legislation (Department for Asylum and Migration Policy) at the Czech Ministry of the Interior
– Dr. Stephan Heidenhain, lawyer in Prague, topic: “Current questions on dual citizenship”.

Together with the DAK, our German-Czech-Slovak Tax Centre supported the organisers in the organisation and thus contributed to a constructive exchange between the German and Czech lawyers.
