With effect from July 1, 2020, in addition to the existing managing directors Mr. Peter Gassen and Knut Werblow, our colleagues Ms. Hana Smola Schaffer, tax consultant, as the newly appointed managing director, and Ms. Sylvia Penz, as our new authorized signatory, will face the challenges of everyday life. In particular, the organisational processes and digitalisation are the main focus of the women’s duo. After two years of preparation, we are all looking forward together to the exciting topics that the future will bring, and we want to remain competent and flexible contact partners for our colleagues, our clients and for the company.
