Cintinus is involved in the professional association

The Berufstandem is a project of the Dresden association “Willkommen in Löbtau e. V.”. It is a tried and tested method for the targeted integration of people with a migration background into the primary labour market. In this process, a person who has a clear professional goal and speaks German is accompanied by a person from their target professional activity for six months. This gives them access to specialised knowledge and a network of the corresponding professional activity.

Since 08.03.2021, our executive director Hana Smola Schaffer has been supporting Rania. Rania comes from Syria and has a bachelor’s degree in economics.
